Current Legislation
Below is a list of the states that have some form of legislation either
proposed or on the legislative docket. While many of these legislative
efforts do not fully demand that all candidates provide verifiable proof
of citizenship, their efforts should be encouraged and engaged in an
effort to bring about the success of The New Sons of Liberty initiative; the establishment of a Constitutional
Amendment creating an enforcement mechanism for Article II, Section 1 of
the United States Constitution.
